- Inner Hanoi: 1–2 days. Need it the same day? ThreeTrees can send a motorbike courier and will quote the fee when confirming.
- Other provinces: 3–5 days.
Timing starts once ThreeTrees calls to confirm your order. Pieces that need crafting, adjusting or engraving may take longer; we will let you know when we confirm.
Delivery fee
The delivery fee depends on your address and is stated when ThreeTrees calls to confirm. Pickup at our store, 15 Nhà Thờ, is free.
Receiving your order
Please check the package and the items when you receive them. If the packaging looks damaged or the item does not match your order, take photos and contact ThreeTrees for help. See also our returns and warranty policy.
